CrinkleCloud™ Shipping Policy

WHERE WE SHIP
CrinkleCloud™ currently ships to:
- All Canadian provinces and territories
- All 50 US states and Washington, DC
We are not currently able to ship internationally outside Canada and the US.
WHEN YOUR PRODUCT WILL SHIP
CrinkleCloud™ is a pre-reservation product. Products will ship in the order reservations were received, from our first production batch of 500 units.
Expected shipping window: fall 2026.
We will send you email updates as we approach your specific ship date, including:
- A notice approximately 2 weeks before your card is charged for the balance
- A shipping confirmation with tracking information the day your Product ships
SHIPPING METHOD AND COST
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Estimated transit times:
- Within Canada: 2-7 business days after shipping
- To the US: 2-10 business days after shipping
Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and remote delivery locations may affect actual delivery times.
DUTIES AND TAXES
For Canadian orders: Applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST, PST, HST) are calculated at checkout based on your province.
For US orders: Any applicable US state tax is calculated at checkout based on your state.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your Product does not arrive within the expected transit time:
- Please allow up to 5 additional business days for late deliveries.
- Check with your local carrier using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation.
- If your Product has not arrived after 21 days from shipping, email info@crinklecloud.com and we will investigate.
If a Product is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
