CrinkleCloud™ Refund and Cancellation Policy

At CrinkleCloud™, we want you to feel completely confident about your reservation. This page explains our refund and cancellation policies clearly.
PRE-RESERVATION REFUNDS
Your $25.00 deposit is fully refundable at any time before your Product ships. No questions asked.
To cancel and receive a refund:
- Reply to your reservation confirmation email, or
- Email info@crinklecloud.com
We process refunds within 48 hours of your request. Depending on your bank, funds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
REFUNDS AFTER YOUR PRODUCT SHIPS
Once your CrinkleCloud™ has shipped, our shipped-product return policy applies:
- You have 30 days from receipt of your Product to request a refund.
- Products must be returned in original, unwashed, unused condition.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned Product.
- Deposits paid before shipping are included in the refund.
To request a shipped-product refund, email info@crinklecloud.com with your order number and reason for return.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your CrinkleCloud™ arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect within 12 months of receipt:
- Email us at info@crinklecloud.com with photos and your order number.
- We will replace the Product at no cost to you, or issue a full refund at your choice.
- You do not need to return the damaged Product.
WHAT WE DO NOT REFUND
- Shipping costs on returns of undamaged Products
- Products damaged by misuse, improper washing, or normal wear
- Products that have been used or washed and are being returned for reasons other than defect
