CrinkleCloud™ Pre-Reservation Terms

These Pre-Reservation Terms ("Terms") govern your reservation of a CrinkleCloud™ Sensory Play Mat ("Product") through crinklecloud.com ("Site"). By placing a pre-reservation, you agree to these Terms.

1. WHAT YOU ARE RESERVING

CrinkleCloud is a pre-reservation product. This means:

• The Product is not currently in stock or available for immediate shipment.

• You are reserving one unit from our first production batch of 500 units.

• Your $25.00 deposit ("Deposit") holds a specific unit for you until we ship.

2. TOTAL PRICE AND PAYMENT

Total Product price: $109.99.

Deposit due today: $25.00.

Balance due at ship: $84.99.

By placing a reservation, you authorize CrinkleCloud™ to automatically charge the remaining $84.99 to your original payment method at the time your Product is ready to ship. You will receive an email notification the moment your card is charged.

3. EXPECTED SHIP DATE

We currently expect to ship the first batch of Products in fall 2026. This timeline is an estimate based on our current production schedule. If timelines change materially, we will notify you by email and give you the option to continue your reservation or receive a full refund of your Deposit.

4. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL AND REFUND

Your Deposit is fully refundable at any time before your Product ships, for any reason or no reason at all.

To cancel a reservation and receive a full refund of your Deposit:

• Reply to your reservation confirmation email, OR

• Email info@crinklecloud.com with your reservation confirmation number.

We will process refunds within 48 hours of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

If you cancel before we charge your balance, only the $25.00 Deposit is refunded (as no other amount has been charged).

If you cancel after your balance has been charged but before your Product ships, the full $109.99 is refunded.

5. WHAT HAPPENS IF WE CAN'T FULFILL YOUR RESERVATION

If for any reason we are unable to ship your Product — including production delays exceeding six (12) months beyond the estimated ship date, product safety concerns discovered during testing, or our decision to discontinue the Product — we will:

• Notify you by email as soon as we are aware of the issue.

• Provide a full refund of any amounts you have paid (Deposit or balance).

• Process the refund within 30 days of the notification.

You are not required to take any action to receive this refund.

6. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR PAYMENT FAILS AT SHIP TIME

If your credit card is declined when we attempt to charge the balance at ship time:

• We will notify you by email and hold your reservation for seven (7) days.

• You may update your payment method during this period.

• If we cannot successfully charge the balance within seven days, your reservation may be released and offered to the next customer on the waitlist. Your original Deposit remains fully refundable in this scenario.

7. COMMUNICATION DURING PRODUCTION

We commit to keeping you informed throughout the production process. You can expect:

• A welcome email confirming your reservation.

• Periodic updates on manufacturing progress, quality testing milestones, and estimated ship dates.

• A specific notification before your card is charged for the balance.

• A shipping confirmation with tracking information when your Product ships.

By placing a reservation, you consent to receive these transactional emails at the address you provided.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrinkleCloud™'s total liability related to your reservation is limited to the amount you have actually paid to us (Deposit and, if applicable, balance). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost time, disappointment, or opportunity costs.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post any changes on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continuing to hold a reservation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
